Withdrawal period

If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The period starts on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, receive the last part of the order. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us your communication before the period has expired.

If you buy for your company or your professional activity, you do not have this right; the terms for professionals apply.

How to exercise it

Inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, quoting the order number:

• By email to electromursuministros@gmail.com.
• By WhatsApp on 635 02 01 70.
• By letter to ElectroMur Suministros SL, C/ del Pilar, 30, 30540 Estación de Blanca (Blanca, Murcia), Spain.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email.

Return of the goods

The parts must be sent back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

Collection arranged by us

We normally arrange the collection with the carrier: we write to you to agree on the day, and you only need to hand over the parcel, well packed and marked with the order number. The cost of the collection is borne by you and deducted from the refund, and it never exceeds the amount we reimburse to you.

That cost is the shipping cost in the rates of shipping and delivery for your zone and the weight of the parts you return, including boilers and other appliances that, because of their size, cannot be sent by post. If the order was shipped on a pallet, we will tell you the amount by email before arranging the collection. We always confirm it in the acknowledgement of receipt.

Return sent by you

If you prefer, you can send them back yourself with the carrier of your choice, at your own expense, well packed and marked with the order number, to this address:

Reimbursement

• If you withdraw from the whole order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.
• If you withdraw from only part of the order, we will reimburse the price of those parts; the shipping costs are not refunded, because they are a single amount per order.
• If we arrange the collection, we deduct its cost from the reimbursement.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment as you used, and you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We issue the corrective invoice with it.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the parts back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

Condition of the goods

You may examine the parts as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value of the parts resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, such as installing, connecting or commissioning them; that amount is deducted from the reimbursement.

A part that can no longer be sold as new, such as an electronic board that has been fitted, may lose all its value. Opening the packaging or a seal does not prevent you from withdrawing.

Exceptions

There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
• Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items, such as an additive already added to the heating circuit.

Withdrawal form

Model form in annex I, letter B, of the texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Spanish General Consumer Protection Act). You can copy it, fill it in and send it to us by email or by letter. Its use is not obligatory.
