  1. 01 · On the part or its bag A long number on the label or the packaging, or engraved on the part, like the one on the sensor above.
  2. 02 · If not, on the boiler’s rating plate It’s usually inside the cover or underneath the appliance. Note down the brand and model, such as Junkers ZWC24-1MFA.
  3. 03 · Type it into the search box The exact part number comes up first. Parts for the model appear separately, as “associated by the supplier”.

Gas boilers and appliances

Can I buy a gas boiler as a private customer?

Yes, but you can’t install it yourself. The gas connection and commissioning must be done by a qualified gas installer, who will give you the certificate. Faulty installation is not covered by the guarantee.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

We ship throughout Spain (including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and to every other European Union country; to mainland Spain, with GLS in 24 to 72 working hours. It’s one charge per order, based on the weight of the parts and the destination, from €12.10, and you’ll see it at checkout before you pay. Large appliances that travel on a pallet have shipping on request: we’ll email you the price before charging you anything.

What guarantee do the parts have?

Consumers have a 3-year legal guarantee: if the part fails, we repair or replace it free of charge. For professionals, we handle the manufacturer’s warranty.

Do you provide an invoice?

Yes, it’s emailed to you with every order. If you want it in your company’s name, enter its tax ID when you buy.
