How we calculate the weight
Each part counts the weight of its type, always rounded up, and we add the packaging to the total (0.5 kg plus 10%). The band for that weight and the destination zone give the shipping price, charged once per order. At checkout you see the estimated weight and the exact shipping before you pay.
- Small part · 0.5 kg Gaskets, sensors, electrodes, circuit boards, thermostats
- Medium part · 3 kg Valves, pumps, fans, expansion vessels, burners, pipes
- Heavy part · 10 kg Radiators, condensing modules, combustion chambers, doors and front panels
- Bulky package · 35 kg Wall-hung boilers, water heaters, electric water heaters, storage tanks and wall-hung hot water cylinders
A package weighs 40 kg at most. If the order weighs more, it travels in several packages of up to 40 kg, each charged at its own band, up to 4 packages.
Appliances on pallets
Large appliances (floor-standing or oil boilers, tanks and hot water cylinders of 150 litres or more, solar collectors, stoves and air-source heat pumps) travel on a pallet, with kerbside delivery. Each appliance takes its own pallet and is charged the pallet price for its zone, up to 3 pallets per order. The rest of the order goes on the same pallet if it weighs up to 40 kg; if it weighs more, it also goes in packages charged at their band. For Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Malta and Cyprus, or if the order needs more pallets or packages, we’ll email you the shipping price before charging you anything.
Transport with GLS: to the peninsula, GLS · 24–72 h laborables from when the order leaves our warehouse.
Destinations
We ship to the whole of Spain, including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and to the other countries of the European Union. We do not ship outside the European Union, nor to the Azores, Madeira, the French overseas territories or other special areas of the Union: write to us at electromursuministros@gmail.com or by WhatsApp and we will tell you how to do it.
Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may go through customs, with local import formalities or taxes payable by the recipient.
Delivery times
- We prepare the order once the bank confirms the payment. If a part is going to be delayed, we will email you with the new delivery time.
- The maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days from the purchase. If it is not met, you may cancel the order and we will refund everything you paid.
Receiving the parcel
The parcel travels at our expense and risk until you receive it. Check it in front of the courier: if it arrives open or damaged, note this on the delivery note and let us know with photos of the packaging and the part, preferably within 48 hours. This does not limit your guarantee rights.
Changes and cancellation before shipping
As long as the order has not left the warehouse, you can change the delivery address or cancel it free of charge. Write to us with the order number at electromursuministros@gmail.com or, if you prefer, by WhatsApp on 635 02 01 70.
