What this website is

termopieza.com is the online shop of heating and domestic hot water spare parts of ElectroMur Suministros SL. It sells to adult private individuals and professionals, with delivery in Spain and in the European Union countries listed in shipping and delivery. Purchases are governed by the terms of sale.

The Termopieza app for installation companies is a separate service, with its own terms.

Terms of use

By using the website you accept this legal notice and the privacy policy. You undertake to use it in good faith, not to attempt to access other people’s orders or data and not to interfere with its operation, for example through massive automated requests. The access codes and order links you receive by email are personal: do not share them.

Intellectual and industrial property

The Termopieza brand, its logo, the design of the website and its own texts belong to ElectroMur Suministros SL. You may not reproduce them without permission.

The manufacturers’ brands that appear in the catalogue belong to their owners and are mentioned only to identify the spare parts. Product photographs and descriptions come from our supplier and from the manufacturers, who authorise us to publish them; we do not reproduce the supplier’s logo.

Liability

We keep the catalogue as up to date as our supplier allows, but it may contain errors or omissions. A matching part number, name or photo does not guarantee that a part is compatible with a specific appliance: check it against the rating plate or the manufacturer’s documentation.

We are not liable for service interruptions due to causes beyond our control or for misuse of the website. Links to other services, such as WhatsApp or the bank’s payment page, lead to sites we do not control and which are governed by their own terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence; in all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Murcia.
