Description

Indirect cylinder constructed in stainless steel AISI 444, suitable for potable water storage in accordance with Regulation 1935/2004. The indirect cylinder incorporates a fixed high surface-mounted coil, welded to the cylinder body, constructed in stainless steel AISI 316L. The larger surface-mounted area of the ASFBX model allows high heat transfer efficiency at low temperature, making it suitable for applications where the energy source is a heat pump or other low temperature source. Stainless steel AISI 444 (18% Cr - 2% Mo) belongs to the family of ferritic steels and is characterized by its good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-containing environments. All welds are performed by TIG process point by point eliminating any possibility of interstitial corrosion. All welds are pickled and passivated. The indirect cylinder has an inspection opening DN100 for maintenance, and can optionally be supplied with an electric heating element or magnesium anode to further improve corrosion resistance through cathodic protection. Thermometer included. The indirect cylinder is supplied exclusively in vertical configuration. APPLICATION Production of DHW for domestic or industrial use. INSULATION The indirect cylinders are supplied with standard rigid expanded polyurethane insulation of high density, thermal conductivity coefficient of 0,022 W/mºK, free of gases harmful to the ozone layer and with thickness of 50 mm. The external finish is made of painted galvanized sheet in white color. The storage tanks comply with eco-friendly design criteria according to Regulation 814/2013 and energy labeling according to Regulation 812/2013.
