With a VAT number valid in VIES and delivery in Portugal, you buy without VAT: it is an intra-Community supply and the invoice says so. We check it before you pay.

Heating in Portugal

In flats with their own heating, the usual system is a wall-mounted natural gas boiler that also provides hot water. In many homes the hot water comes from a gas water heater or an electric storage water heater. Where natural gas isn’t available, homes use propane, heating oil and, increasingly, heat pumps.

How much is shipping to Portugal and how long does it take?

GLS · 48–72 h (working days). It’s one charge per order, based on the estimated weight of the parts: from €36.30 to €59.90 for a parcel, and you see it in your cart before you pay. Items sent on a pallet cost €169.90 per pallet.

Do I pay VAT?

Private customers pay prices including VAT. Companies with a VAT number valid in VIES and delivery in Portugal buy without VAT (intra-Community supply). The invoice is emailed to you with every order.

How do I know it’s the right part for my boiler?

Search by the part number on the part or by your boiler model, and compare the part number with the one on the product page before you buy. If in doubt, write to us with the part number or model and we’ll help you find it.

What guarantee do the parts have?

Consumers have a 3-year legal guarantee: if the part fails, we repair or replace it free of charge. For professionals, we handle the manufacturer’s warranty.
