Heating in Slovenia
Many city blocks of flats have district heating. Where the heating is individual, the usual system is a wall-mounted gas boiler, increasingly condensing, that also provides hot water. Wood and other solid fuel boilers remain in rural areas, and heat pumps are on the rise.
